Terms of Service

The Service

⁨Tryplio⁩ connects your WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook business accounts through the platforms’ official APIs and replies to comments and messages automatically, using rules you define and, if you turn it on, an AI assistant. Team members read and answer conversations in a shared inbox.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract for your business. Keep your credentials safe: you are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

• Follow the rules of each connected platform, such as the WhatsApp Business, Instagram and Facebook platform terms and policies.
• Only message people who contacted you or whom you may lawfully contact, and respect opt-outs. Do not send spam or unlawful commercial messages.
• Do not use the Service for illegal, deceptive, abusive or infringing content, to harvest data, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules or that a platform restricts.

AI assistant

The assistant writes replies from the business information you provide. It can make mistakes. You are responsible for keeping that information accurate and complete, for reviewing how the assistant behaves, and for what it says on your behalf. Do not rely on it for legal, medical or financial advice to customers.

Third-party platforms

Connecting to Meta, TikTok and other platforms depends on their approval, policies and availability, which they can change at any time. We are not responsible for changes, limits or outages on those platforms, including limits such as WhatsApp’s 24-hour reply window.

Plans and payment

New workspaces start with a free trial. Paid plans are billed per period by bank transfer, and a plan starts when we confirm your payment. Plans have limits such as replies per month, channels and team members. When a plan expires there is a short grace period, after which automatic replies stop until you renew. Refunds follow the law and any terms agreed in writing.

Your data

You keep ownership of your content and your customers’ data. You allow us to process it to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process your customers’ data and for informing them as the law requires.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may improve, change or discontinue features, and we will give notice of changes that significantly affect you.

Ending the Service

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, do not pay, or put the Service or others at risk.

Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
